Yes that's my bike - shame I didn't get there earlier! It was a good vibe, everyone was very chatty - must have been the sunny weather!

I wonder how it ended up with a 1980 registration when FB ceased production in 1966

Got the best pics of my trackday on Tuesday. Got another one booked for Mallory this coming Friday :D

I'm shocked how low the exhaust sits to the road. How are you expected to get a race fairing with catch pan under that?

Riding in a hailstorm :-( still it gave them a good wash and just had to spray them off with the hose at home.

Picked up my new steed today, decided to go for a short spin and ended up doing a long coast ride from Hastings up to Canterbury then home. Odometer read 100.0 when I got home...what are the chances of that?
Was pleasantly surprised how mild it was with summer gloves and leathers, with only pro skin under suit and t-shirt under 2 piece leathers.
Had a real panic attack yesterday when forecast started with heavy rain all day...

'what have you been doing to your Triumph.?'

Answer, ...nothing, they are locked in the garage, it's like a monsoon here so off to see first born in Leamington in new car.

    Perhaps next weekend.......

Well, it's monsooning in our neck of the woods as well........on the up-side.......it's washing away all that bleedin' salt.......so, I took Mrs dickydido out for breakfast......

......and I was thinking about my Triumph all the time!........and if we keep eating like this I will have to call it my Triumph Blobber and not Bobber!.....

    Cheers

It started p!$$!ng down first thing just as I got the Tiger ready to set off to meet figwold so back indoors for a second bowl of porridge. Figgie woke me up from my lunchtime nap saying it's sunny mate. So met up and off we brimbled into a bloomin' dark sky. Got caught in a couple of sharp showers round the back roads so back to chez Figwold after an hour where we hosed down the bikes, gave them suds and FS365 and sat for an hour or two over a brew talking the usual b0ll0x. Rode back home in nice sunshine - Sod's law.

Looks like it's going to be a dry day for a change, so I reckon I'll trundle up to the Ace café for lunch. First time out for a couple of weeks.

While working from home took a dry lunchtime opportunity and blasted off the cobwebs from 2016!

Was thinking of going out on it today but so bloody difficult to get it out of the garden, decided to sell it!
Been considering it for some time, needs a proper 'garage' but had so much agro trying to get one last year, then the move and now the hood & frames need replacing by next winter at the latest, had enough trying to look after it!
Last Sunday afternoon was really nice, warm & sunny, but instead of going out on the bike I preferred to take Incpot down to the beach!!
    About says it all really!.
Got to get the car MOT in the next week or so so its transport just incase, then I'll bung it on Gumtree.

I took my street twin in for its first service. Roads a bit damp this morning so a quick clean when I got home before putting it away in the garage. Will need to cover it in FS365 tomorrow.

Had a bimble out to get lunch and price up some ASV levers for the Trip.

Popped by Staffs Triumph and had a look at the Bobber. Good grief that thing is even worse than it looks in photos.
