I probably would be banned as one of DD67's nasty 12 that have brought down the standards of the forum. No idea why I have been singled out as I had left the forum for a 12 month sabbatical and came back to carnage and infighting. I just want to have fun and make terrible jokes and don't believe I have said anything against the new group (most members are v funny and make good points - I might not want to employ one of them for either help with welding or angle grinding but that is another story) but having seen comments made against me kind of think one or two (but not the rest) of the individuals need to get a grip and just let the bloody feud go. Actually I'm kind of pissed off at the whole thing. Everyone got along fine until something I know nothing of happened. Bummer. Peace and happiness to both sides (aside from the idiot(s) that called me nasty names - boohoo). Edit: I just realised I’m one of Jez’s Dirty Dozen. Tough, cool and can achieve impossible missions in hostile territory. I actually joined the other forum after a look about as I figured it’s good to have a bumble about and keep things going? It wasn’t a lot of money. Now, remember that it (others) split up because of some peoples opinions being ott (in some circles) and deciding to express freedom elsewhere….. No worries there. Each to their own etc! Imagine my surprise to getting a pm saying that “he didn’t like some of the things I was saying on this forum “ and I had to practically justify joining And my comments on this forum. This is from the “forum where anything goes”…. To be fair, it was accepted and that was nice. However, when I introduced myself, out came the cavalry saying they “shouldn’t lay down the carpet to anyone who wants to join…” A couple of former members were fine. Scrappy (I forgot his ttf name) and judd for example. This is from a forum with free speech that you have to pass a question and answer if someone doesn’t like your posts on a different forum…. Don’t actually know why as I could see both sides tbh. I was accepted by the member who dd the pm (which was ok) but after thinking about it? It seemed a bit hypocritical to have to justify the posts on a different forum (this) to be able to join a free speaking forum where anything goes? I left 30 minutes later. I’ve not even looked at it since.
Whilst i am tollerant of others opinions. I have an inbuilt adversity, to left leaning, apologetic wankers, that have no knowledge, and even less, an appreciation, of the sacrifices made, by my ancestors. People who come here empty handed are welcome. Those that are given hospitality, then "demand " more, need fucking off. .
