I don’t suppose anyone knows if the alloy rims on the Thruxton 1200 are particularly heavy?, I’m guessing they are!, in comparison to Borrani etc I mean , (the front wheel was certainly no lightweight when I removed it recently but the discs etc were on so it wasn’t really possible to know if the rims were needlessly heavy) I’ve got Borrani on my Honda and was thinking of getting the Thruxton laced up with a pair, more retro looking, lighter.
