Today i set about relocating the ignition switch to the centre of the clocks . i bought the kit from squareddeals . It looks well made, the only problem i have with it is the new ignition spacers have the wrong size thread on one end of them so the existing fixing screws don't fit, i had to go searching for two smaller diameter screws to finish the job. other than that it went really well. You get an angle bracket which changes the angle of the clocks slightly this is needed to give the extra space to fit the switch, in my option this is a match better position for the clocks. Need to sort out the old fixing point, you do get a rubber grommet to cover the hole but the hole is square and the grommet is round. Other than the spacer issue it went really well. I have sent an email to the supplier and await there response.
The kit comes with a rubber bung to fill the hole, but the hole is squareish and the bung is round, I cant see it staying there very long. I have been looking at the TEC head light mounts, so might change them. Or I might still cut it off.
