    thanks for the welcome did straight swop pan for thruxton with doble of surrey.it has tec exhausts and sounds like a proper motorbike pic of pan iom tt 218.jpg :upyeah:

    hi again, bike at home and jobs done. leaking master cylinder what a bar steward to fix, upside down headlight bulb, that's right it was up side down! could not work out when I put head light on there was just a halo around me and the bike and the main beam was in the distance. replaced missing bolts, in the side panel and seat hump cover think it must have had a couple of months in the salt, not too bad though. have managed to clean it up ok. is there anything else I should check out you know about?

    hi screwball, yeah bit different and lots of fun. pan was good at what it was made for but a trip to the tt made my mind up to get rid .glad I chose the thruxton.:upyeah:

    Love the Thruxton ,wanted one for ages but decided on a cruiser maybe it will be my next bike :upyeah:

    hi chrispy I had looked at them from when they first came out but kept buying other bikes .have a real strong feeling to keep this one for ever, we will see.
