Would anybody be interested in a bit of a forum gathering in Moffat at Easter time?

Just meet up, admire bikes, talk bollox, take the piss. Maybe I could arrange a light lunch at a very bike friendly hostelry in the town (Buccleuth Arms), maybe even go for a wee run round StMarys Loch, Talla, Megget, if enough interest.

Moffat is less than 100 miles from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle and a very popular bike destination, with bikers coming far and wide to enjoy the surrounding roads and there is often a good few bikes there on a Sunday.

I was thinking Saturday 9th of April, so not to get in the way of family activities/holidays at Easter and hopefully weather should be fairly decent by then. Let me know, and if enough interest I'll get the wheels in motion and we'll have a bit of a gathering.

half half ton if you change your mind and come up to Moffat you can call in at our house and we will reward you with a roll with the legendary "square sausage" on, maybe even two of these gourmet delights for being crazy enough to turn up---do you require onions and sauce(your choice)?

Yeah, we'll do it. Was hoping for more interest, but hey, we'll still do it. Even if only a few of us turn up. Why not.

Will let the poll finish, then start an attendance thread next week. Keep that Saturday free.

Sorry Mr O, 396 mile round day trip, a little too much for me these days, but from little meets I hope more and more riders might attend as you go along.
