I can't believe that triumph doesn't sell a service manual. I'm old school and I like a paper manual. Got the Hanes but it is just kind of general and not specifically for the modern T120. It's a pain in the butt to have to go online everytime you need some information.

Greg, I would rather have hard copy too; alas, it ain't going to be. Even installation instructions don't come with accessories and instead are found on the internet.

I have an old portable B&D workbench in the garage that serves as a stand for my laptop and nearby paper towel to wipe my fingers when I need the manual.

On the other hand, the stand and laptop work well with the DealerTool OBD that I got for the T120; nifty stuff.

Upper Fork Pinch Bolt: 24nm = 17.7 Ft Lbs
Lower Fork Pinch Bolt: 45nm = 33.19 Ft Lbs
Used nm to Ft Lbs converter at: https://www.omnicalculator.com/conversion/nm-to-ft-lb

Congrats on the Madstadt; let me know how it does or what adjustments you did to eliminate helmet buffeting. Been too cold here in the great white North to tinker with mine.

Remember to only remove and then install one fork pinch bolt at a time.

Got it on last evening. Not as complicated as I had imagined. 35° F outside right now but when it warms a bit I'll take it for a test ride of 80-90 miles on a lunch ride with a few other folks. Hope I don't end up wishing I'd taken the 'Wing!

Any reason why that silver pc. on the side couldn't be painted black so as not to draw attention to the mounting bracket(s)?

I don't see why not. Just keep the paint out of the holes. Gun blue might be a better option, not as thick as paint.

Being my impatient self I wanted to do it NOW! Found a large Sharpie and proceeded to try & black it out. Not too bad if I say so myself. This is with 2 coats.
