When I said I’d like to crush them all, I was naturally excluding my own. . I’ve got a Makita but I still hate the noise and especially my neighbors machines.
You'd love the one I've got then, 2 stroke motor Stihl blower, no silencing and excessive db's I don't have any trees but use it for drying the bike
I got one for the bike too. Works brilliantly and it's amazing how much water comes out of the rad! Well recommended!
This could completely change my view of leaf blowers! I've hated them for years...but I don't like drying my bike. I carefully dry then move to another part and come back and find drips where I just dried...arghh! Last time I just went for another spin and hoped it'd blow dry itself.
I bought one of the bike/pet dryers and it makes washing and drying the bike dead easy. Noisy though. I have a leaf sucker, aka garden vac. Used it this morning and it saves a lot of time. It's also noisy but we don't get on with the neighbour so feck'em.
I got one of these at a bike show years ago - works a treat and came with a good selection of nozzles and other accessories! Powerful and not overly noisy. Rercommended. https://www.bikedryers.co.uk/products/Bike-dryers/Blaster
BonnieCat Nice to hear from you again. Sorry about the blower. Me I can't afford one so keep my chamois nice and ready. Joe.
This is identical to the one I bought but paid £50 for it. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grooming-H...d=1&keywords=Pet+dryer&qid=1616687750&sr=8-36 TBH I don't know how I managed without it. You can chammy the bike off and you think it's dry, then get the blower on it and water appears from everywhere. Great for drying spoked wheels, brake discs/calipers, drivechain etc.
