Hello folks Just made a downpayment for a 2000 Thunderbird Sport 900: 9400 miles on the clock. My dream bike since I was a kid. Taken me 50 years to get there - can't wait to take it out for my first ride next month when it's delivered. Looking forward to learning more about maintenance and looking after my Thunderbird. Thanks Tigcraft! Already looking forward to getting my hands dirty with the Thunderbird when it's delivered. Looking to change the handlebars or use risers to give me a more upright riding position. I'm 6'1" and the ergo-cycle website shows a pretty crouched position for my height.

Hi Gareth and welcome, I have a 900 Sprint, virtually the same engine, great bike. I couldnt afford a T/bird 6 yrs ago and sure cant now,lol
