Not exactly full, but she did sound like she was at the dentist's!

 

The ABBA stand is actually supplied with a small piece of bent metal plate that they say you'll need to prise off those caps - once I realised the caps were only plastic I managed to get them off with my finger nails - ABBA's metal plate comes with a warning that the edges are sharp but they were still too thick to get under the edges of the plastic without risking chewing it up a bit.

Personally i think my idea of the hammer & chisel has got to be worth a pop.
