I've got a pair of ex-Army black 7 hole boots I used for a while last year when I got the Enfield's then Bonnie, but I dont and never have like laces on bike boots, I found a bargain pair of brand new 'rigger' style boots off Bathgate market late last year, a bit like rigger's but with zip and velcro fastening, seen them for upto £100+ so £10 was a bargain too.
Same cleated sole as the army boots, really well made in Italy I think, and comfy too, but will stand up and stay on if needed in the dreaded 'event'.
    Marketed as cruiser boots.

My Sidi's are great on the bike but squeak when you walk and are dreadful for walking around in and being race boots look a bit odd with jeans

Daytona Spirit XCR for me. Leather pants fit inside them or can be adjusted tight to the calf to fit under jeans. Absolutely the best footwear ever!!!!!! Totally waterproof.

    Oh Yessssssssssssssssss.

I'm just glad it was one of that stood up and admitted to it. Maybe you could set up BMWTA meetings to help support the sad wretches and be able to recover and maybe buy bikes that look nice amd don't go rusty ???

If I lived in a city, I would have one for commuting, must be a blast nipping through traffic.
