Been around and about! Had a bit of time up at my mums in capel curig, turned the phone off left the ipad at home for a proper break! Had a good couple of runs out on the bike too, the heat seems to have killed my rear tyre a bit though and squared it off really quick (could just be me riding like a fanny though I suppose).
