    Greetings Triumph owners.
Thanks for adding me to the Forum. I am not new to biking - been riding for 57 years - but have not owned a Triumph since My Tiger Cub Trials back in 1960. Have owned a variety of bikes over the years, mainly Hondas as I am very much a Honda man and own two of them.
However I decided I wanted to add a modern, rideable Retro to add to my small collection and have just bought a 2010 Bonneville SE in Blue/White from a Kawasaki dealer in South Wales. It's being delivered from Wales next week and I can't wait to experience a Triumph.
I am looking forward to getting to know some Triumph owners as I am sure there will be lots of things I will need to know and I am sure the answers will all be found within the Forum.
I am in Reading, Berkshire and well and truly retired so have loads of time to enjoy my biking as long as it's dry. I don't like getting wet and I certainly don't like my bikes getting dirty.

Hello BB and welcome in to the forum. 865 cc Bonnys are great bikes and IF you like personalising your machines you're in for a treat.

Excellent stuff BB - you'll fit in here really well :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

I had a 2010 T100 for about 5 years and one of the many pleasures I had with her was "making her my own". Changed airbox, filter, removed the AI and O² sensors, exhaust cans, rear suspension, installed fork brace and steering damper and then Scottoiler.

Nice to hear that Singlin. I can sure you that you can get 'hooked' on biking very easily so enjoy every mile.
I have found a very special 'man and machine' bond which has kept me enjoying every minute and every mile and every bike for over 50 years. I am sure it will work for you so take care and ride safe.

Be sure to order some summer with it in order to be able to enjoy it to the full!
Great choice of bike by the way, I can't speak too highly of my Newchurch after 12 months of ownership.

I will do my best curly, it's not good is it? I ride in the cold but i refuse to get wet so my biking is totally weather dependant. Having said that I have done over 2000 miles since April on my Magna. I was beginning to get a bit worried as my insurance has a 3000 miles pa cap. With that in mind, I think the Bonnie is going to get a fair bit of use if this rain moves on soon.
