    Today I'm all packed with two panniers and a fluoro yellow kit bag ready to set off for Portsmouth where i'll catch the overnight ferry to Caen/Ouistreham. Cherry (that's what i've christened my red Tracer 700) had her first service last week so is all ready to go. Tomorrow morning i'll set off for Dave's @thebiglad 's house where we are scheduled to be consuming a bottle or two of nice wine and no doubt some nice cheeses. After a sound nights sleep we will set off for Ax-les-Thermes which is somewhere in the French Pyrenees for three nights before we go mountaineering. As we go I will attempt to take and post some nice pictures just to show you what great weather, food and drink we're enjoying, oh, and the sights of course.

    Bike ready, chain lubed, luggage fitted, T-shirts and 1 pair of budgie smugglers washed and raring !!

    Going to the cheese shop tomoz arvo and will get in some decent splosh.

    What time are you likely to arrive at Chez David, Andy ?
