Starting Drag Bike project, looking for advice on wiring harness and deleting as much as possible. Also any advice on programming ecm. Thanks Adam
i don't know anything about drag racing. what class are you running in, and what are the general rules?
If the bike was manufactures after 2015, the ECU is likely to be locked down tight, so you will probably need to piggy back with a Power Commander or similar to modify the fuelling. If you are planning a full re-wire, just running the minimum to run engine/ecm IK would recommend having it done by a professional uto electrician experienced with race bike applications - get a bespoke loom made up from scratch, it will pay for itself in the long term. Good luck with the project - it will be good to see another Triumph on the dragstrip.
Also, kind of depends on what you do the motor as the map for the ECU whatever one you use, or is the motor staying stock, and can you change exhaust etc?
