    Hi all,

Can anyone give me some advice regarding adjustable rear sets for the new model Speed T R. I am not 100% comfortable with the standard sets on my bike and would like to upgrade to an adjustable set, has anyone upgraded theirs yet?

    Thanks for any advice.

    Cheers. GAJA

Thanks for the info, so there aren't any aftermarket sets available yet then? When I sold my Street Triple R last year, I left the Arrows set I had on as part of the deal so I need a new set, not really up for fabricating parts...

Have you looked at Giles, Rizoma, Woodcraft, Valter moto, Bonamici......I'm sure there must be a few out there

Only thing to note is that if you have a quickshifter then you need to ensure they are compatible with your rearsets.

I will have a look but it does not appear to be much out there for the new model and yes I do have the quick shifter fitted. Thanks

Hi Greg, hope the bike is all you expected other than the foot rests. just an idea but would the lower seat they do help or have you tried just moving your feet around on the pegs as this can help :)

Hi Eric, Hope you are keeping well. Thanks for your message. To be honest, since I bought the bike I've hardly had time to ride it! We moved end of September & had the builders in until the end of January, still dealing with boxes and putting things in place, I had no idea how much time or effort it takes, as well as the stress and expense... When I did have time the weather was crap and I am not really an all weather rider...I had an hour yesterday to get out on it and have now only just hit 500 miles, so it's off for the first service tomorrow at my local Triumph Dealer. Have to say that it is a lovely bike, feels special every time I get on it and the power is fantastic, a real rush. The only issue I've had is the peg position, I can't seem to get it just right. I will ask the dealer to fine tune tomorrow and hopefully that will sort it. Wasn't too bad yesterday, I moved my foot around a bit and it was fine, I probably just need to ride it more and get used to the position. Looking to get an SC Project can very soon too as I don't like the standard "cannons", far to large and they don't do the engine sound any justice, it needs a pop and crackle! Cheers. Greg.

Lol, yes moving is an arse. Great news that you are all done and dusted and hopefully you can get out on the bike more now, gear and brake levers are adjustable so the dealer might be able to sort that for you as you will be there with the bike. SC make some real nice cans for the Speed both high and low :)

^^^ Tell me about it Eric. Some of us are not even sure whether we are coming or going with the house selling / Purchase

Greg, look at the bright side. You got your house move out of the way. The weather is picking up nicely. Put some miles on and you might feel better about the pegs. Give it a shot 1st;)

Service completed and they moved the gear shift lever 5mm up and now it seems to be a much more comfortable position, I think I can live with it!

SC can ordered too, after much deliberation I decided to "go low"...

I would really love an Arrow Lowboy full system but just not possible at present, I think the SC will be a good compromise for now, loads of weight loss and what is left is much lower down, I just want a bit more noise really, to bring out the character of that tuneful engine. I think an Evotech Tail Tidy & levers will finish the job & then I need to ride it!

How does the adjustment work? Was thinking the same on my 2017? :)
