Hi ive lowered the gearing on my 2016 speed triple 94. Bought a speedo healer but only does up to 2010. Any ideas?

I don't think they do one for 2016!!! Did you check with the supplier before you purchased it?

The pickup for the speedo is on the rear wheel and picks up wheel speed on my 2012... changing the gearing will make no difference to the speedo. Presume the 2016 is the same?

That's news to me. I am going to see where my 2011 is picking the speed from. Because if gearing doesn't affect speedo then I wouldn't mind trying 2+ on the rear.

Sack that... it runs off a transmission output shaft sensor. Getting all muddled, was on my duke 1098s... have put my own on this for my gear indicator running from the abs ring which is what threw me!

Dunno what a speedo healer is sorry but on a pre 2015 bike you can calibrate the speedo with tune ecu.

Eric.... The problem is where I live, they have speed cameras n mobile units. You have to forever watch your speed. You only get to have fun once you spend 1 hour trying to get to some decent roads :-(

My quick work out recons with one tooth down you would add around 45 miles per 1000 :) if your speedo is out.

As Taff says use TuneECU to calibrate speedo, that includes up to 2015/16 '94 & '94R models.
I also believe pickup is on gearbox, but I guess it's possible their using abs ring.
