I always think it would have been much nicer if Triumph had put decent chroming on the top of the front forks and headlight bracket rather than the paper thin wrap around excuse on my 2010 SE Bonnie.

Thruxton 900 rear light cluster is absolute trash, looks ok on Bonnie but what a cheap way of saving money

The early T300 range would have looked better without those amber/yellow reflectors in the radiator covers !!

    Cheers capt.

When you have 25 litre tank and close to 500 klms range. Why ?
My 94 trident got 25 klms a litre @ 90 odd klms/hr. I got over 22.5 @ 110 kph, only did a couple of small mods to get that mileage ! 3 into 1 exhaust, K & N filter, drilled out the vacuum ports in the carburetor's, lifted the needles about 30'000 inch and geared the bike down (2 teeth bigger rear sprocket) as top gear was too much of an overdrive!

    Cheers capt.

I customize first for comfort, second for performance / handling and third for looks. The form versus function question is ongoing with every bike I have owned.

Likewise I mod the bike only if it's clearly Better performance/handling. As to things I wish they had put on the bike like most I always think hazards and pass switch should be standard on all bikes now, not always done sadly.
Can do hazards on the TBird with a complicate series of key/button turning thanks to the alarm on the bike but can't remember how to do it.
If I'm ever on the ferry I'll have to take the alarm manual so that I can put it into sleep mode for the crossing.
As to looks long past the age where anything less than a full body swap will improve how I look :D

If my Speedy Triple had been delivered with a super model on the pillion then that is a styling upgrade I would have paid for :).
