Love the moves, he can dance. Just in the first few seconds of the video I thought it was Stanley Unwin, the guy who talked gobbledegook and did the talking on the Small Faces "ogden's nut gone flake", telling the tale of Happiness Stan.
remember seeing him on tv late 60s/early 70s..i think Ronnie Barker did a sketch doing something similar
