im building myself up for my 12 month service on my 2016 speedy.
Anyone have an idea of the extortionate price I'm expected to pay at the main dealer?

Hmm! It still needs the service book stamping then to qualify the warranty.
When it is out of warranty do it yourself, saving £hundreds.

Depends what you want them to do. I didn't need an oil change cos the mileage was way down and had the throttles synchronised and a general inspection. I got a stamp in the service book keeping the warranty sweet. Speak to the service dept, you may be pleasantly surprised, I was.

I paid just under £140 in October at Staffordshire Triumph for my first service on a speed triple.

a yearly service should not be too bad. Its the 12k or 2 year service that is expensive.

It can't be as expensive as Ducati ownership :)

^ I agree, the costs of owning and riding my Monster 1090S were monstrous. Sorry could not resist but it was a spendy beast to own.

It usually depends on the mileage.
If it's close to 12,000 then they'll do that one and it's a bit pricey.
If it's closer to 6,000 then it won't be a full service.I believe that they don't do valve checks now even at 12,000 so that will make it a lot cheaper.
If you use genuine parts anybody can stamp the book, but it may affect things if you trade it in with a dealer.
