03 speed triple end can

    hi people, im looking to change my standard end can for something a bit louder, my questions are , what size is the link pipe for most of the replacement cans, also has anyone used an aftermarket can from another another bike,m like a kawasaki zx9 . The most important bit for me is im on a very tight budget, not working or claiming anything, but hopefull of something in the next couple of months

    You're in a bit of a catch 22 situation.
    Time on your hands but a tight budget due to circumstances.
    Is it possible to modify your existing system ?
    If not I would recommend delaying any mods costing hundreds of pounds.
    Enjoy the bike as it is until you can modify it to the exact spec you really want.
    Good luck and keep your head up, I have been there!

    yea ive seen those thebiglad make it easier to visualize as the bike its on is the same colour, prefer the stainless which is even cheaper, MicKeng thanks, if i could get the size of the link pipe i might be able to use or get one from another bike, its got the standard end can on at the moment and i just cant get used to hearing the engine noise over the exhaust note!

    If my quick research isn't wrong the model triple you've got runs from 1997-2004. I've searched for a 97' era exhaust on eBay and found the following (you would need to double check backwards compability) but:

    A pipe from the 97-2001 wont fit. You need something for the 2002-2004 range.
