How far is the bike from you. Why not train it and ride her back. It will be adventurous n you will get to learn a lot about the bike.

For the courier side of it... Try Shiply, it's a website that a lot of motorcycle logistic couriers use and "man with white van", you post what you want collected then from where and where to and people put there prices to you on the listing. Completely free, a cut from their bid is taken to Shiply so no costs to the user. Literally seen listings for vehicle parts, plants, furniture, motorcycles, mopeds, cars, vans, trucks, boats, yachts... I got my Speed Triple collected in Redruth, Cornwall and delivered to me in North East Essex for £120 (300mile trip) the chap that delivered it to me had motorcycle ramps to get it off and had around 4 other bikes in the back. They'll also post on their bid how they'll move it i.e. Van/trailer/covered trailer/transporter etc. They'll also post on the bid their insurance cover the chap who did mine had £25k insurance cover on any damage in transit... I should be a rep for this website, but in all honesty I'd recommend it to anyone, you can also get things moved from and into NI, Europe and if I remember rightly back then there was a bid for someone getting a Landy back from Afghanistan.
