I think you just highlighted why Derbyshire was such a good location - it's in the middle.

And that's all it's good for! Well there's the site of the battle of bosworth there too. But it's not a great area at all!

,I still like Mr Oranges suggestion. Sounds great. Where we were was good but I did feel we were in the way during meals in the evening.

Guess some of you guys weren't far from this on your way through from Hinckley. Worth a visit next time maybe.

Hi guy's glad to see that a good (no great) time was had by all at the 2016 meet. I would be interested in next years event, could not make this year as it clashed with my annual trip to Europe.

On the northern France as a location I've just been there for 7 days on the t'bird and as Wayn's has said there is some stunning riding here.

The return cost was only £57 for the bike (two of us on her) and the bonus is it only takes 35 minutes to get from Folkestone to Calais. There is no need to strap down your bike (as you do on the ferry); it is dead easy.

We rode down from Cheshire and stayed in a local hotel in Folkestone before crossing, doing the same for the return journey home.

I know crossing the channel will not be everybody's choice, but it could work if there is enough interest.

I would also be up for Ireland, the Boarders or North Wales

    Just a thought.

I quite like the idea of the same design but with different date and venue. What about a change if colour for each year?

    That's not a bad idea !
Same Grey Teeshirt, coloured logo ? (With updated dates of course)

That said, colour is usually the most subjective (and by so, subjecxt to debate) thing in a Design... From a Designer's point of view, I would almost keep the same design, same colour and just update the date.

    T shirt job is yours.

It's on a weekend, Friday, Saturday. And Sunday, only £10 per night deposit, get yourself booked in, even if only one night.

Sounds like the design is staying virtually the same apart from dates or adding Northern Meet etc
