It is a 2016 Triple Black, owned by BMW with just 480 on the clock. Saved just under £3000, so quite pleased with it! I added the pannier set, dark screen and Nav 5, and apart from a hugger and engine guards, there's not much more to add to it. Just need to get used to the quick shifter, esp on the down shifts. Being an engineer, I have a little too much mechanical sympathy to just nail it!

I was sad to see my Speedy go yesterday, I have enjoyed my time on it. But riding to Manchester in the cold and rain yesterday morning made me realise I do need heated grips and built in leg warmers ;-)

Cheers Ade, the hugger is just what I am looking for, but not yet decided on bars or covers for the engine. I had the SW Motech bars on my last one, but fortunately never had to try them. May well join the Triumph meet if I am still allowed. I don't want to dilute the party with to many BMs!

The spokes are at the outer edge to facilitate tubeless tyres.
As for the additional front mudguard, it must be to cut down on the crap flung about. The rear does not ha a hugger and the state of the back of the bike when riding in this weather is horendous.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder (I am very short sighted). I had a Ducati Multistrada 1100, now that was butt ugly! However my mate is just waiting to take delivery of a Yamaha MT10 and I'm sure that will trump them all!!

I was at a dealer's last year and he wanted to sell me a Multistrada. I politely asked to go to the toilet as soon as I'd seen. I think he took the hint...

    Truly the world's ugliest bike.
