Trident VIN confirmation

Mine was from 1st batch of trident vin 1098 received early Sept 91. At that time they made about 100 bikes a week so I would say yours was made late 91

 

Had a look at mine today - I think it was something along the lines of 021165 ('95 Trident). Not guaranteeing the level of accuracy as it was over 4 hours since I looked, and I've had me tea in between which has no doubt put me off a bit!

 

Early days were 25 per day non on friday

 

Remember it was a small scale operation and was limited by the amount of engines that could be manufactured on the cnc machines also amount of cranks that could be plasma nitride hardened.
