Hi on my 04 carbed I've done the AI removal and fitted a breathe intake also removed the air box restricter.
Bike already had a k&n filter, of course the bike is running too lean now getting too much air.
Can anyone recommend what size bigger jets to install and do I need just bigger main jets or do the pilot jets also need changing.
I know I should get the bike on a dyno really but I'm on a budget and only have short arms and long pockets.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can point me in the right direction.

I'm sure someone will come up with the answer here, but failing that you could always contact triumph twin power.

I've had a look on there site, they've got lots of choices and just noticed they have a contact tab.
    I'll give them a go,

Here's a jetting guide, it's not always 100% perfect but it get you pretty much where you need to be jet wise, the rest you can tinker with my adjusting your mixture screws or adding shims....

I've had a reply from TTP and they recommend their jetting kit 6 so I'll get that and see how it goes.
    Thanks for the replies.
