I once had a lad work for me that one winter we had to wire a new cattle shed in a field and it was minus cold. When one of the cattle did a dump he stuck his hand right in it, that's how bloody cold it was then later on eat his sandwiches by holding it with some clean paper ! This would be around 1990 and before we became a nanny state ruled by red tape and bollocks

 

It's weird BUT when I read that back looking at your avatar picture the voice in my head hears Neil. All that is missing is "maaaannn" ........ Just thought I would mention it ....... Does anyone hear the same ?

 

Yep I hear that guy's voice too. That's one of the few British TV shows we got in the states. MTV carried it back in the 80s...or as you guys say "back in the ayyteees."
