easiest way is to place a large sheet of newspaper over the toilet(lift lid first) then close lid over the newspaper, then push the paper down a bit so your Sh*t can sit nicely in the newspaper without touching your bum, then hold your nose with one hand and get the little stick with the other hand, screw your face up and look for a bit to put on the card then carefully hide it with the cardboard flap "Job" done!

If it's the same as over here, the worst bit it the 2-day treatment you have to give yourself prior to the Channel 4 camera team jobby (maybe not the best word, in the circs:oops:).

It's starts off having to drink a litre of this foul-tasting stuff at breakfast - no consequences; then another at mid-day followed by another in the evening - consequences - Oh hell YES!!!! The turds have left the building to be replaced with liquid acid - your arse is now in tatters!!

Day 2 - more of the same - but now everything down there is like raw flesh and pretty-durned uncomfortable.

The visit to the hospital by comparison is pure pleasure. You're in a private room with telly; they knock you out during the procedure and you have Olympic Gold medal standard farts !!!!!!! I swear I could drive my bed round the room on mine - Gloster Whittle ain't got nothin' on me :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Thanks for reminding me about the prep (NOT) though it's not so bad these days. I think last time it was just an afternoon/evening prep for the film show the next morning.

Well, fame at last, so far anyway. I'm one of those thin weedy vegetarians perhaps that is keeping me fit. Here's a current pic. P1010067.JPG Unfortunately my scrambler gets heavier every time go out on it. Not giving up yet though.

It's an 06, mods are Britracer exhaust, single seat, mini tach and speedo, oil cooler gone, oil in frame cooling, TKC 80 tyres, Hagon classic shocks, and some other stuff I've probably forgotten.

Yeah looks like you're doing great dude. I'm 51 now, I know my 70's are right around the corner in relative terms. I hope I look and function as well as you do by then. Also, great looking Scrambler. I really like the tasteful mods, everything is sorted very nicely. I just picked up a 2008 and plan on modding mine as well. As to it's getting heavier, frankly they are rather heavy bikes for what they are. Push come to shove, pardon the pun, you could very easily switch to another ride that trims literally 150 lbs off (and possibly more) rather easily. It wouldn't be as classy, but you'd still be in the saddle a little longer. Anyway, best of luck and keep on keepin' on.

I remember hearing this song as a boy. It spoke of a time in one's life that seemed would never come and hence it was quaint and funny. Has a somewhat deeper meaning now, as I'm sure it does to McCartney...
