Had the S3 serviced and took their demo S3R out while the throttles were balanced. Then did 200+ miles around North Yorkshire with a pal on his S3.

Did you notice any difference when the throttle was balanced. Due to have mine done in a couple of week as part of the service.

Tbh I didn't notice any difference which makes me think it can't have been that far out but when I asked how far they were out the service guy said "enough" but then explained that as part of the autoscan if the throttles are out of tolerance the autoscan can't be completed hence the need for the adjustment.

Had a good run out to Aberdare park yesterday (went the long way, no m4), Lot better with the bar risers fitted, no back ache or sore wrists after 200 mile run. Some good races and met Peter Hickman and John Mc Guinness.

Taking my T120 for its 500m service.
Having managed to avoid rain since I got it, it's sod's law it's now pissing down, so it's going to get wet for the first time.
    Cleaning rags out.....

A typical August day in the Lake District, too bloody wet to go for a run out so just a bit of general fettling and titivation on the old Speedmaster, now looking all bright and beautiful and running as smooth as a smooth thing, for a Trumpet that is. :D
