2018 Street Twin, 2018, 20300 miles, MOT to 5\6\2025. Loads of Motone and TEC bits, 3 seats inc original, TEC and Cone Engineering and original silencers. Service history(recent clutch), Good Avon Spirit tyres. TEC short levers fitted, plus TEC long levers and original levers. Lots of other bits including TEC shocks and centrestand, not fitted. I'm in Manchester I have no real idea of what a reasonable price is. If there is no interest I'll put all the standard stuff back on and sell it to Superbike Factory. Tried to upload a picture but file is apparently to big!

You need a price really otherwise everyone is guessing, and real interest could be a oh yes, or a definite absolutely no?

I have a 68 plate already so have a feeling for them, but I do know others who wish to buy.

Hi looking at similar bikes for sale they appear to be around £4500 however most are for sale by shops I am aware that a private sale will be a fair bit less. Possible to get £4000?

    Yes
£4k could be possible, but it depends how much you value the extras?
Sometimes extras only make a bike more attractive to a potential buyer, not worth more money.

Mine has quite a bit invested in it ( £350 cam, £1k suspension, £500+ front brake upgrade) so I couldn't see me selling it complete in one piece when the time comes.

You could try taking it to Youles. They're always on the lookout for used bikes. If it's clean and in good nick they'd probably give you a better price than Superbike. Although I doubt the extras will make much difference. I'd be tempted to swop back anything that's not too much hassle (and stick them up for sale on here). Or give them a call and see what they suggest.

I've got quite a long list of mainly Motone parts on mine, but also Triumph, TEC, Hagon, British Customs, LSL, YSS, and others, including a custom-made seat and T100 spoked wheels, so I'm interested in how your sale goes. Keep us posted.

None of the retailers want the aftermarket stuff and for what it's worth it's a pain selling all the stuff as I found out with my CB1000r . I would prefer to sell to someone who will take all the stuff with them and save me the hassle. I don't attach any value to the extras I have enjoyed having them. I'll probably just SORN it and store it, I have health issues which make it difficult to work on the bike unfortunately, everything takes forever!

When I part-exed my Street Scrambler for another model the dealer wasn't really bothered wether I left the "extras" on or not as it didn't affect the trade in price. In the end I took some off (which I still have unsold) and left the rest which were a bit more of a faff to remove.
