09 Bonneville Se Running Rough

Hey folks. Sorry if I'm going over old ground here. I have an 09 Bonnie SE recently started running lumpy, rich, bogging on the throttle and hard to start. It seems to have grown steadily worse over rhe past couple of weeks. No fault light though.

It had a new crank position sensor about 18 months ago, AIS has been eliminated. I've checked and refitted the MAP hoses and balanced the throttle bodies, cant find any air leaks anywhere. I've stuck a new set of plugs in.

Any ideas? It's been running fine for ages so it's not the ecu map. Could it be the Lambdas? I've just ordered the eliminator kit anyway.

I'd be grateful for any siggestions at all!
