Bigger Rear Sprocket? 2016 S

I must say I'm missing the mid range and 115ftlb torque of my MT01 (still got her though)
and was wondering if any others had gone up 2 teeth on the back or down 1 on the front to not change down so often?
I think stock is 18/43 so 17/43 18/45 whats best? not worried about top end v quick 0-120 is what I'm after but not snatchy and wheelie happy
Any thoughts / recommendations / links much appreciated

Well 45 on the back livened her up a bit need to shop for some bigger gonads now
