    Hello
Due to our recent weather and the state of our roads here in Yorkshire I've discovered that the rear of my Tiger 900 seriously collects mud and sh1t especially around the rear shocker/spring which can't be good for the seals.
This has got me thinking of buying and fitting a rear hugger.
After searching this site there is not much chat about this or any recommendations.
I've search the net and found a few with vast range in pricing.
Has anyone bought/fitted a rear hugger and any reviews/comments as to whether they work to keep rubbish off the rear damper/sping.
    Any help will be appreciated

    xx

I've fitted the pyramid plastics one to previous triumph models I've owned. Three point fixing replacing the chain guard as well. They've always done the job of protecting the rear shock area very well. Bit spendy though at £143 for the tiger 900. I will probably pull the trigger and buy one for my 900 gt.

There's a guy on ebay selling computer printed infills for that hole just above the rear tail light. That stops the top box rear being covered in road spray. Recommended. Fixes in place with a bead of black mastic.

No idea sorry. I had thought it might be something to with aerodynamics. But there's no difference to the handling at high speed with that hole plugged that I can tell.

I have the powerbronze on mine. But it has annoying gap between where the swingarm forks meet, it lets loads of crap through. I am going to try a mud flap on the inner of the hugger and see if that stops it getting through
