    Hello mighty riders, I hope your day is going great!
    I am reaching out to you seeking your advice.
    I just bought a Triumph Bonneville T120 Black and I need to change the tires as the current ones are too old.

    How will I use the bike?
    Mainly in the city and day trips during the weekend. In addition, I am planning a big trip around UK in the summer.

    The following ones are the potential tires I want your opinion on. I am genuinely terrified that with some of them I may risk my life considering they are semi knobby (I hope it's the right word) and would not stick perfectly to the asphalt.

    Tyres are vey much a personal choice.
    For me I would not use any of the tyres you have identified for the type of riding you have said you will be doing.
    The t120 is a great road bike so I would be looking at a tyre more suited to this riding style. Just my thoughts.

    Hi welcome to the family. Do hit the upload a file button bottom right and show the inmates your bike. I found Avon's good. But if you are happy with the tyres on there replace for like. Joe

    Are you considering any off road work.....if not why buy off road tyres.

    I have the T100 water cooled....only found out a few weeks ago....the front tyres on our bikes as std....are crossly....the rears radial.

    Also been advised that the front tyre will wear out quicker than the rear....so just changing the front alone is the norm.

    Great bike you bought. I don't have any experience with the tires you mention so won't comment.

    But, I have a 2022 T100. I want to get tires that will #1 work well on paved roads but also #2 on dirt/gravel roads. Nothing off road. These are good well maintained dirt roads all around my area in Vermont. Suggestions?

    Hi,
    If you want tyres who look like they are off-road tyres but for road use only, I would suggest the Dunlop Mutant. It is what Dunlop calls a 'crossover' tyre with great road/touring/sport-capacity and a super reassuring feeling in the wet. You could even do some soft off-road with them. I just put them on my Thruxton 1200 R a few days ago and after 70 km in wet and dry weather I must admit that my first impression is that it is a good looking tyre that sticks to the road!
    You can find a lot of positive reviews on the internet about these tyres, that's what helped me make this choice. Good luck!

    @Vittorio Orlando:
    I would take the Bridgestone T32. I rode them for +10.000 km and found them great on a T120.
