Air filter a tune for ues with said air filter and silencer with secondary air injection ,,, the wire is cut ,,, faults cleard ,, not secodery air ,,,, ok would that be the problem secondary air ,, uesd a cheap obd that gave. I haven't had a 955 so this may not be totally relevant. I have a 675 and a 765 with secondary air delete kits. Within those kits is a jackplug with a resistor to emulate the valve being present when it isn't. Could your valve be faulty and not providing the necessary resistance? Is the wiring to it intact and functional? Certainly sounds air leak related by the "slower is worse" comment. Have you checked all vacuum hose connections are made and air tight?
No the wiring is cut not coneted , air leak, did have but went to triumph and got sorted so they say.and yes doz sound like air leak ,,, wounder wether its dirty injection, given the. Throtoll bodys wear reall dirty. ; and yes 600$ and they said fixst and handed. The bike over

The 955i didn't have secondary air injection. This engine was a 1990s design before all that nonsense was invented. . So, What it really needs is damn good clean through and a fuel filter change. The fuel filter is supposed to be changed every 12000 miles. it's a Mahle filter KL145.

The OBD code "circuit open" means the ECU isn't seeing the sensor/relay/valve etc that it should be, it doesn't mean the valve is open. If the wire has been cut and left it would give this fault. As Eldon has said, that's why the removal kit has a plug or "fake valve" to fool the ECU. All markets didn't get air injection at the same time so it's quite possible your bike had it from new even though UK spec machines of that era didn't.

Ok so i nead to either reconnects the unit or install removal kit. ;, i wozant saying the valve is open i believe it closesd but ECU thinks it is and change fule and air because it thinks valve is open , so bike gets a incorrect fule mix ,, is that wy the bike runs bad this. ; Is wot im asking??? ; thanks

In the absence of a plug to fool the ECU into thinking there's a fault, a resistor is a common workaround. Forgot the value, think it might be 100 ohm. A google search will sort you l reckon.. So, a quick dig shows for example a guy fixing a 2010 Scrambler with a 470ohm 5W resistor. Low wattage resistor may burn, so go 5W for safety.
And remember to do the three hot/cold cycles after as l imagine this will be a stored historic fault so won't clear of its own accord
