    Hi guys.
There was a fall. The quickshifter assembly is torn off. I need information! What is located between the quickshifter mount and the engine block? Are any details lost?
If possible, take close-up photos of the area.
Does anyone have a technical manual for repairing this unit? I would be glad and grateful for any help!
    Best regards,
    Sergey

New gear shift shaft required plus circlip and thrust washer which will have disappeared with the broken end of the shaft. It should be possible to replace the shaft by removing the clutch cover and clutch although I think the Service Manual will tell you to remove the engine and split the cases. What year and model is your bike?

    Hello.
    Triumph Speed Triple 1200RS 2021
I'm concerned about the part numbers 24,25,26. I do not have them. Should they be?

Of course, I hope that removing the clutch cover and clutch will be enough. Do you have any instructions or knowledge on this device!?
    Sorry for my English.
    Best regards
    Sergey

Parts 24 and 25 are bearing and oil seal and should still be in place in the crankcase. Parts 26 and 27 are thrust washer and circlip and will be lost.

You need to subscribe for the Service Manual. Take out a subscription for a month which should be at a reasonable cost but note that it will auto renew every month unless you unsubscribe after you have made the first payment. Access is only online and printing off the entire manual has been blocked.

It is a straightforward fix, remove the clutch cover and the entire clutch (keep the plates in the correct order of removal, for re installation), you can then access the damaged shaft and replace with a new one.

Hi all. Yes, I replaced my shift shaft. The replacement is not difficult, I spent a few hours. The main problem is to unscrew the central nut of the clutch basket. I tightened it back in the same place (I don't have such a torque wrench. I recommend replacing the cover gasket, because it is thin and easily torn. I recommend replacing the 3 bolts for the basket springs. They are made of very poor material. I tore off the head of the bolt when tightening it, even before reaching the tightening torque. Bolts can be bought at any hardware store. Preferably with a hardening degree of 5-8 and the same length (the thread allows you to screw in a longer bolt). Follow the sequence! My thoughts --- the motorcycle is generally not bad, but not worth the money, because in many places low-quality materials are used. This confirms that the Triumph team is not a large company, but more like a startup that buys components of varying quality and tries to assemble a motorcycle from this assortment. The trouble is that they save money, add useless electronics to the motorcycle, there are a lot of ergonomic shortcomings and problems. Personally I don't like the very slow menu, the problem with the quickshifter, the problem with the exhaust valve, the ergonomically useless turn signal remote control and the menu joystick located next to it.It is very stiff, especially on less than perfectly smooth asphalt and it has very poor wind protection. They made a bike for the track, but at the same time it is bad for the city and it has a lot of unnecessary electronic functionality in the menu. This is my first and most likely last Triumph.
