@Armando Morales What a fantastic itinerary, Armando! Have a fantastic time. I look forward to seeing photos and hearing all about your adventures!
Arrived to Mazatlan 4 guys r1250rt tiger 1200 rally scrambler 1200 Tiger 900 others are on their way today we left before dawn , still dark, the bimmer and big tiger fell on a large pothole, the bimmer bent a wheel, 4 hours later we were on our way again, lucky to have found a shop that heated the wheel to put it back correctly Rest of the way was uneventful and weather in the 20s let me try to add photos from my phone
@Armando Morales Love the photos of Mazatlan, Armando, and can't wait to see pics of La Paz. I was there about 15 or so years ago on a scuba diving trip and loved that town. Hope all is going smoothly now and that the bent wheel is working fine.
@Armando Morales: Thanks for the great pictures! I hope the rest of your journey will be not so "mechanical".
now in Guerrero Negro crazy windy day and cold the scrambler ran out of gas the tiger 1200 donated enough to get him to the gas station I nearly ran out of gas the sea and beaches are incredibly beautiful and food, OMG, I will have to be on a diet for some time all is part of the adventure
We made it to Ensenada, and all the way to the north, enough to see the wall of the USA border We're starting the drive back home, there will be a couple of 700+ km rides
I'm back home, will need a few days to rest ! Waiting for the ferry Seafood before the ferry Bikes tied down at the ferry
The logistics at the ferry are impressive, it takes 15 mins to unload and another 15 mns to load, in that time we barely tied the bikes and unloaded what we needed to spend the night
Arrived at La Paz, Baja California Sur, right at sunrise La paz is a free trade zone and we had to make a queue to pass customs along the large rigs
Playa Balandra is very close to the dock so we went to see that and playa el Buho before heading to la Paz for lunch 9 bikes, 4 with 2 passengers, asking everyone to stand for a photo is like herding cats, so I just settle with whoever was close enough
