Hi, I just received my 2024 Tiger 900. I digged under the seat to try to find the OBD port and could not find anything. The only wire connected to nothing is a red connector where the tools are. It looks like a 6 pins connector. Any help would be appreciated is that the OBD and do I need an adaptor. Thanks Thierry
This is where it is on my 2022 gt pro Wether they’ve done away with or changed it for the 2024 would seem unlikely but not impossible!
Ok searched on another forum and it has changed it is red, there is an adapter The images below show the mating lead you need to connect regular ELM327 / OBD2 interfaces to the bike, and the pinout between the leads. The numbers in brackets show the connection at the 6-pin end of the lead. It's possible that Triumph use a slightly different source for the signal at pin 1 on the new connector because they use pin 12 on the old connector as a switched 12V supply on the newer bikes, rather than pin 9, so it wouldn't surprise me if they made a custom lead!
My 2024 in Canada has the red Euro 5 plug don’t know if they changed it for this year but I need a small 6 pin to 16pin converter. Tj
So I ordered that connector and it looks like it work I was able to connect to the bike and see datas https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09GX4PVQ1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
