Wow, was that an ordeal navigating this forum. Finally found the Newbies section but not sure how. Anyway. Two questions. On a tiger 900 rally pro is the rain mode the gentlest throttle response? When ABS is canceled in both the off road modes does this disable the front brake ABS as well as the back?

Rain mode offers the smoothest throttle response on the 900 RP, yes.

In off road mode, front abs remains on, rear abs is disabled, and the front brake is also linked to the rear.

By default off road pro is the same as off road for abs, but has the *option* to completely disable abs on both wheels. You have to go manually choose that, though.

I don’t know if I would say smoothest throttle response but rain mode is certainly the softest throttle response. I only really use off road mode, sport and very occasionally rain modes on my RP.

    Hi All,
Joe Noworatzky here. I live in Wisconsin in the summer and North Carolina in the winter (yes of course so I can ride year round :)) I have a small fleet, but as it concerns Triumphs, I am trying to build a cafe' racer. I am using a Daytona 675R engine/wiring harness/airbox. I am using a Streety frame and subframe. I will be attempting to turn the single shock into a dual, ala' 1970s. I hope I live long enough to finish it!
    nice meeting you all

    Joe

Howdy Joe  Your intro might get lost as you have jumped on someone else's thread, try starting your own and you will probably get a better response ;)
