I recently acquired a 1973 T140v imported from America, after a friend persuaded me to part with my T120 almost 50 years ago. Looking forward to getting it registered and ready for the road in the spring. Glad to find the forum!
Welcome. Looks a good starting point. Most of the missing parts can be found on eBay or new at often reasonable prices from a good range of UK based suppliers. A parts book, free online, is a must but I haven't found the factory manual to be very helpful. I would recommend a spin-on filter and if the charging system is shot then a 3 phase alternator is good for a wider charging range. If your budget allows a Tri-Spark ignition is the bee's knees for easy kickback free starting.
At a glance in addition to these parts it is also missing mufflers, original tail light, kickstart rubber, breather hose, seat trim section and the fuel tap looks like it may be missing a lever but that's all easily dealt with. I'm guessing it may also have a bent side stand or bracket, based on the block of wood under it. On the other hand it appears to have two horns.
