Engine Paint

    Further to my previous post about leaking carbs I have to repaint the engine casing directly below the carbs.
    Any recommendations as to a paint that's close to the original metallic finish as possible?
    Anyone actually done this job, it looks a faff to clean up and sand/wetodry the casing!

    Hi I have been onto them and (according to them) Triumph don't list a colour for the engine.
    Apparently (according to them) the engine doesn't get hot enough for a heatproof paint to be needed.
    Anyhoo thanks for the link, as luck would have it they are only 10 miles away from my home.
