Hi all ,joined this group for information purposes ,hope you dont mind! I ride and repair Lambrettas and vespa,s and no Im not a mod,Im a scooterist. Just in a quandry, as I am painting my late brother in laws T120 Bonneville 1969/1970 model need help finding paint colours /scheme,and not RS paints. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks all for the replies ,will chase down the National Motorcycle Museum ,the Triumph owners club leads to the RS paint site . The TR registry I think is cars not motorcycles! as the paint names dont seem to match the motorcycle ones. BTW 2 strokes dont run well on diesel lol
My '69 Bonneville was metallic red (top of tank) over silver (the bottom bit). Can't remember the actual paint names - I'm old and it was a long time ago!
Thanks steventhegoolie,This is the paint scheme my late brother in law said his was, just trying to pin it down to the exact colour then I can paint it ,it also had a gold stripe,no mention of that anywhere
