Unused Wiring Harness?

Hey guys, new owner of a 2014 T100 here. Was just getting ready to install a fender eliminator to clean up the back end and came across this wiring harness that has a block in it which has some kind of pigtails that tie back into the harness. There is another part of the wiring harness that is unused that splits off of that bundle and looks like I could plug it into the other harness (you can see it tucked away in the 2nd photo just above and to the right of the green "OK" sticker on the frame).

Any ideas what these are for? Thanks!
