@TEZ 217 . Thanks. I'm very happy with the bike it's had its first service and I'm loving it... This is my first bike so I'm just taking it steady . I've done most of my mileage in the lakes. Good place to start out. Sy
Hi sy, welcome to the forum, looking forward to seeing your progress, best of luck . try using it on the road, your find it even better
@Wayne Taylor ... Ha ha ha . In the Lake District lol ... Looking forward to this rain clearing up so I can get her out again... Sy
Your get used to me Sy , lol. Lovely place for riding . And a fine bike to do it on. Hope the rain buggers off for ya , safe Riding mate .
Good place to start out ... Bloody Great place to start out if your lucky enough to be on its door step Sy, As for taking it steady that's definitely the way to go marra, especially with the roads available to yourself, beautiful countryside but some of it very un-forgiving should you not have your wits about you, or as in your case still relatively new to bikes, Slow and easy Sy take it easy and stay safe to let us read and look at the photo's that you will take and post on here (hopefully we love pictures) Ride safe Sy and welcome again to this great forum
@Wayne Taylor . I'm not pushing myself or the bike. I know my riding limits .you can't really go quick in the lakes cause of all the tourists . Winds me up lol... I get your sence of humour Sy
Wayne's the forum's greatest Joker / comedian and all round GOOD FOR A LAUGH GUY I have my moments but fall very short where Wayne's concerned --- You'll see
@TEZ 217 . I'm about ten miles away form the lakes. It's been a steady 700 miles but I have opened it up a few times. I'm looking after the new engine the best I can which is helping me learn. This is my first bike and I know I'm not Michael Dunlop . Slow and steady Cumbria is excellent for bikes just pi88's me off with tourists on and off there brakes all the time. Looking forward to putting my new parts on the bike... Thanks for the warm welcome.. And don't stress
See how wayne gets there first !!! Was just about to ask if one of your intended accessories was a ... CARAVAN lol
