I’m looking to put a Innovv f/r camera , does anyone have images of how they got a switched live or screw by screw instructions please: I got the following help but it meant nothing to me.

QUOTE="David Malcolm Massey, post: 551391, member: 23220"]i have just fitted a garmin Sat Nav To my tiger 900 gt and had same problem finding a switched live and also used the yellow permanant feed to rear light also got rear light fault, There is a 8 way multi plug under the pillion seat and the top right hand side is a switched live you can get the plugs off e bay called Econseal plugs and sockets plugged straight in and away you go, Also just fitted a rear flashing modulator to rear light made up lead using plugs and sockets so its inline with rear light and easily removed if not needed anymore.[/QUOTE]

If any one has screw by screw to do this I’d be happy to give it a go.

I used the supply side to the USB charging point under the rear seat. I couldn’t use the USB connection itself as it reduces supply down to 5.5v which isn’t enough for my Garmin Zumo. This only becomes live when the engine is running, not on switching the ignition on.

I used the yellow wire to the rear light as a live switched feed for my Roadhawk Bullet camera. I haven't had any error code.
You will need to remove the phone charger tray under the pillion seat to get to it.

There was a big connector block under the pillion seat of my street triple and I believe its on other models too. It's for an alarm as far as I know. The short jumper wire is a switched live. Was perfect for my sat-nav.
