I bet it the fireblade sounded awesome on there though she must have secretly loved it a bit! I think I would be made to live in the conservatory though if it was me!
No... Seriously, she hated every second of it. The noise & the smell from the exhaust BUT the icing on the cake was when i burnt out my old Bridgestone on the tiled flooring! Lol
I thought that but its very cleverly done if it is. One thing I did think was a bit weird is surely you would take the number plate off the back if you were hanging it on the wall?
There are no visible brackets... You would of thought that the weight of the bike would warrant some proper thick gauge steel brackets to hold it up there safely & securely & that you would be able to see them a little. Shadowing... Doesnt seem to be much in the way of dark shadowing which you would expect to see on the light coloured wall. Seems as we are lead to believe the photo is of the bike hanging on the wall, wouldnt you expect the chap on the sofa to be looking round at it? Being a Ducati, wouldnt at least expect to see a few drips of oil on the top of that sofa? Just saying
There was this one on grand designs a few years ago - he ran brackets through the wall if I remember correctly
Yeah it was on grand designs the guy was a bit of a cock if I remember rightly, well enough of a cock to hang a ducati on the wall! (I'm just jealous really)
Why hang it on a wall? It would still need dusting & there is always the risk of it coming down. if you are that way inclined, just put it in a glass show cabinet.
As a he-man builder type chappie I would think that the wall would have to be fairly seriously beefed up no matter what brackets were used (unless they were independent of the wall altogether). Looks like that could be the case with the 'Grand Design' thingy...
I don't even want to know how you would know that that was on Youtube! You may find that elsewhere I offered to help with building your garage, so you now may find that you've just pissed on your chips, Sweetheart! x
