Featured Honda Cbr 900rr Fireblade 1999

Morning All,

posting my blade for sale as I fancy another project.
99 Fireblade
45,500 miles
4 Owners including me
bagster tank cover
Quil exhaust with rolling road map
Heated grips
rear cowl
seat cowl (I don't have the passenger seat)
double bubble screen

You'll see what I've done to it in my other thread, but here's a summary.
New YSS rear shock, all pivots greased
brakes rebuilt
refurb front forks
stripped down for a full clean and AC50'd
rad flushed and painted.

The wheels could do with a powder coat
The old tank protector rubbed the paint but not visible with tank bag or a new protector.

Its on gumtree for £2100, I've spend £1900 on it, but £1,800 to forum members.. if it doesn't sell ill keep it for the summer.

 

Kept for the summer and alot more work done to it.

 

I put another 5k miles on and sold it in June 2020, doesn't seem that long ago!

Did have to replace the permanently reserved honda spot a year later with a 97 vfr

Haha, daughters ride, still not balanced enough for a bike but we're getting there with a scooter.

 

A mate had that one, which is why I bought one. Eapid even by today's standards
