Let’s be honest, all through the pandemic whatever the government has done has been wrong in someone’s eyes. When plan B was in place the press were full of “oh when will it end, why do we need these restrictions etc”. Now it full of “why are we ending Plan B so early, should we not keep masks”.

Your English was getting better there for a minute, though. I wonder if the two are connected?

I was actually complimenting you after by your own admission you were lacking that prowess, but I guess you choose to choose the professional victim route.

    No surprises there.

Perhaps the people who have an issue with your English would like to spend some time conversing in French.

To be fair, it is their job to report on the view from the politicians, health professionals etc, and a smattering of vox pop if they're tabloid. Ultimately the measure of whether the government did a good job or not is in the infection and death statistics, where they can be fairly compared to other countries.

Arabic made me a lot more money so I chose that route.

From a "creole" grand mother, and spent my young age in Martinique where people (including me) spoke local langage.
    But yes, technically I'm french.

Kettle calling the pot black there. Goes slinging his little temper-tantrum emojis again and queens-out when someone does it to him.

    What was that about "predictable?"

^ I'll try and remember that. My favourite from when I worked over there was "il n'y a pas de feu au lac" or somesuch. Don't know if it was just a local thing (Troyes) or not :)

Yeah sure you did. If you're actually out there taking bets on a forum, which you're not, you seriously need to get a life. You're completely still full of shit, but if that were in fact the case it only speaks to your pitiful existence, so take your pick.

"Oh, and Look how cool I am spewing my native language!"

    *yawn* : unamused:
