Went to St. Ives yesterday and stopped off at Godrevy on the way home, good swell, a few guys surfing, offshore breeze and a low sun.......









Shame I didn't have a camera with me.

 

Absolutely beautiful, @Col_C. Makes me long to see the ocean again.

 

Need to be playing Van Morrison's "Coney Island" to get the full vibe.

Sandi, thanks for your comment, the photo was taken in San Evaristo, a small fishing village 100+kms north of La Paz.

 

Thanks for that info, Armando. I've been to La Paz for scuba diving but haven't been to San Evaristo. I suspect my husband may have been there, though. Before we met he spent a fair amount of time in Baja and quite a bit of it was around fishing. I'll ask him!

 

So I may just be driving the SUV down to the rental drop-off....
But in my head I'm Frank Bullitt.

We awoke this Christmas Day morning to this beautiful sky!! I took these on my iPhone and, other than a bit of cropping on the second photo, these are completely unedited.

Wowser, that’s awesome. By comparison, if you stand in the shower for 15 minutes and let the bathroom get fully steamed up, take a picture, those are the conditions I woke up to this Boxing Day morning.
