    Needed to get some groceries.
Went outside, looked at bike tucked up under it's cover.
Looked up at the rain, just so some could run down my neck.
    Thought about waterproofs and thermals.
    Thought F. That.
Went and got in the car.

Wise choice. Wise man. ;) :D Isn't it nice to have an alternative to the bike?

Too true. An avid snowboarder I know suggested on a FB post that 50% of the year should be winter - she lives in the Cairngorms where winter = snow. I live on the east side of the Pennines where winter = mostly rain and snow. My response F. No!
I do like her so she can have 4 months, that wouldn't make a difference here.

Well we managed to get home Sandi, Wessa, DCs et all. 12 hours, 2 taxis, 1 ferry, 1 aircraft and a lift in some kindly friends car and we are home. Was it worth it, oh yes.

I fitted some rear R&G spindle bobbins to the T595 today so I can use my universal Oxford paddock stand. What I didn’t anticipate is not being able to spin the back wheel because the bobbins spin with the wheel. Doh!!

Yeah, I thought that and even removed and refitted them to be sure but then I looked it up and they are supposed to move with the wheel. On a single sided swinging arm fitment anyway.

    Oh well, no biggy. ;)

Ran up to the local rip off merchants to brim the tank before I leave it to go to work.
Came home rinsed it off and wrapped it up.
That'll be it until next year , so at least two and a half weeks before it gets out again.
